DESCRIPTION

​Seaside villa with private pool, located in a quiet and sunny place only few meters from the sea and the beach.

The house is located in the bay of Vinacac, on the southern side of the Korcula island, less than 50 meters from the sea. Vinacac is a small village with only few vacation houses, which makes villa Korcula an ideal place to have a relaxing holiday, far away from the frenetic everyday life and the noise of the mayor touristic destinations in Croatia.

For those who want to have a complete relax, enjoying long sunny days and limpid crystal sea of Korcula island, our accommodation is the best solution to recover energy and vitality during your holidays in Croatia.

Our accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children and groups up to 11 persons. The villa, 160 square meters of interior space, consists of 5 comfy bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, patio with barbecue and table tennis, 2 terraces, children playground and private swimming pool with natural water.

Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning and the inside kitchen is completely furnished with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. At the patio, right next to the swimming pool, there is another open-air kitchen, barbecue and entertainment area, including the table tennis, HI-FI stereo and electronic darts, great place for your children or your own entertainment. The garden with the pool is also suitable for your cocktail parties or appetisers as well as for dinners or lunches. For children’s entertainment, there is also a playground with trampoline, just in front of the house. From the terrace at the first floor of the house, you can enjoy a nice sea view on Vinacac bay. Private parking lot up for up 5 vehicles is immediately by the house in the grounds.
